Developing leaders to advance fisheries priorities and strengthen regional collaboration across the Pacific
The Pacific Fisheries Leadership Programme (PFLP) is designed to strengthen individual leadership while building the capabilities needed to lead in complex environments — locally, nationally, and regionally.
Funded by New Zealand’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT), the Pacific Fisheries Leadership Programme (PFLP) is led by the Pacific Community (SPC) in partnership with others – working together to align with local and regional priorities.
